Title Card / Thumbnail
The concept for Whitmore Real Estate is rooted in family. Its logo subtly nudges in this direction, serving as a monogram as well as a representation of two adults with a child. In this title card/thumbnail, a poster is represented using the brand's color system and typography.
In this mock-up, brand patterns, colors, and typography come together to create a poster the brand could use to advertise in areas with foot traffic or on the job site itself.
Logomark
The logomark brings together two concepts: living accommodation & family. Together they create a custom flowing "W" (the same used in the wordmark), as well as a family safely tucked away in their home. All-in-one! That's the magic of logo design.
This image features the logomark and its comprising components, as well as other unselected prototypes faded into the background.
Brand Splash
In this image, several elements come together in a grid to give the viewer an at-a-glance perspective of the brand, including typography, logo, stationery, website mock-ups, and more.

Real Estate Advertising
This mock-up showcases different elements of Whitmore's advertising strategy. Signs for potential for-sale/rental properties and custom door hangers really help this brand make its mark.

Sale properties come with so much information. Having a custom flyer for each property to hand out to potential buyers is essential. This custom design uses the brand's assets and organizes the important information with style and professionalism.

Welcome Home
By combining real estate photography, a postcard mock-up, and a little AI magic, this "Welcome Home" card speaks to the sophisticated and inviting nature of the brand.
For this image, the main goal was to show off the work in a way that aligns itself with the message of the brand. The champagne gives the viewer a sense of congratulations that echoes the message of the postcard.
Stationery & Merch
This assortment of custom-designed merch helps establish the brand as a professional contender for your business. Built with the same color system, typography, and design assets discussed above, these elements help sell the idea that Whitmore is open and ready for business.

Digital Marketing
These tiles represent how Whitmore might appear online or in your social media feeds. Using the same color systems, typography, and design elements established in the beginning of the project, these digital marketing cards represent Whitmore's friendly and informative approach to real estate.
Using imagery like floor plan schematics, the background for this image gives a subtle nod towards real estate and architecture in general. The tiles are designed to give the viewer an idea of what advertisements might look like to them.
